Good, In depth, practical and inspirational book on studio design

I would recommend this book over most of the other offerings on studio design. I also have most of the other books. This is detailed with practical explanations (not just equations) and real life recollections of problems encountered in past studio construction projects and how those problems were solved. The author also emphasizes the fact that theoretical modelling in practice will not always produce a good acoustic space. Even the best designed rooms are often modified after testing. I will most certainly be reading through this book again when I build my own studio.
