About the Author
Neil Hilborn is a College National Poetry Slam champion and a 2011 graduate with honors from Macalester College. He was a member of the Minneapolis National Poetry Slam teams in 2011 and 2013, which placed 5th and 6th respectively out of 80 teams. In 2013 his poem "OCD" went viral, being featured on NPR, Huffington Post, Upworthy, and other news outlets. It has garnered over 11 million views, making it the most-viewed slam poem on YouTube.

Great Poetry

Poetry is a hard art form to review. I will say this, however; Hilborn really Poor's his heart into these pages. Its a bit short but if you're into poetry it is worth every penny. My copy is full of highlighted and marked pages. If you want to see his style before you buy, check out some of his poems on YouTube!

Neil Hilborn is one of my favorite spoken word poets. I came across him and Rudy Fransisco a few years ago and I've been in love since. When I heard that Neil released his own book full of his poems, I had to buy it. I received it a few days ago and I'm blown away and can't stop reading. I have so many annotations and notes for my favorite lines, etc. I really think anyone who is a fan of Neil's or of poetry in general, would love this

Amazing!

I saw some of his spoken word online a few months ago and automatically fell in love with his poetry. I can't do the book justice in a review but I would recommend it to anyone. Neil Hilborn's poetry is at once personal and relatable, and has already become a major influence on how I write. Read this book, and you'll be better for it.
